Sky Bar - Hangover Style
At the Skybar
So first thing first, when my family arrived into Bangkok we had to hit up the Skybar, made famous from the Hangover movies, the Dome itself has almost become an iconic image. A nice way to ward off the culture shock. We hung out here 64 stories above the city, in the open air, with a drink in hand and a great view. Luckily Bangkok is not a windy city, and the 27 degree temperature makes the air rather refreshing at that level. Here is a photo from the State Tower at Lebua, with security guard on the stairs. A great example of how Bangkok has great bars, and can feel very North American at times.
