Midnight Vegetables
This weekend I was hanging out in the tourist ghetto, on Rambuttri Street, nearby the infamous Khao San Road. Way after dark, when the mangy street stalls were just starting to close up, along came a cart selling what else but vegetables. For some reason they were only popular with the locals. Thai culture, I think will take a lifetime to understand.
