Top India National Parks
India is a top travel destination for people looking for a different cultural experience. Behind China it's the second most populous in the world. Chasing after India's renowned wildlife is a remarkable way to journey through the country. When planning your journey there, visiting a National Park is essential. Here is our quick reference guide to top India parks and what you can expect to find there.
Bandhavgarh National Park: The white Tiger jungle of yesteryear. This is your best chance at finding a tiger. It's an overnight train ride away from Delhi.
Pench National Park is the original setting of Rudyard Kipling's most famous work, The Jungle Book. Located a short drive from Bandhavgarh.
Ranthamborne National Park See a tiger, and it's amazing fort. A very sacred place for Hindus, Lord Ganesh can marry people there too!
Corbett Park: The Corbett region is stunning, located in the foothills of the Himalayas and nice and cool (compared to central India that is) This is considered the best bird watching in India. Located about a 7 hour drive from Delhi, it makes it more accessible than some of the other parks.
Very few people who travel to India only go once. I would suggest visiting one park each time you go. The wildlife is just stunning!
